Heart of Hope

Heart of Hope is a registered UK charity that exists to give Hope to the world's most hopeless people. Heart of Hope started its work in 2005 by supporting a Community Based Organisation called Njia Panda Ya Tumaini (which means Crossroads of Hope once translated).

NPYT, which is based in Kenya, in the northwest of the country has been supported financially as well as stationery, school books, toys, games, mattresses, bedding and a lot more being donated to the 130 children who live at the two projects.
