Get Involved

The Former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan said

“The campaign to make poverty history-a central moral challenge of our age-cannot remain a task for the few, it must become a calling for the many.”

Mother Teresa was asked if she felt that her work was

“just a drop in the ocean?”

She replied by saying

“Yes, but many drops make up the ocean.”

Nelson Mandela said in 2005

“as long as poverty, injustice and gross inequality persist in our world, none of us can truly rest.”

Heart of Hope would not function if it was not for the volunteers who support either financially, give up their time, fundraise or donate their skills to help the charity. Get involved, be a drop in the ocean,

“be the change you want to see in the world”

as Mahatma Gandhi encouraged. Whether you have a skill or are just willing to give up your time please get in contact.
